knew I loved Pregnancy & Postpartum Fitness so much that I have specialized in just that including the very important pelvic floor. We all have a pelvic floor and when it isn't working properly which is common in pregnancy and after baby it can cause us issues like leaking, Diastasis (separation of the abdominals) & back & pelvic pain.
If you are experiencing any of these know that there is something you can do about it. I can help you work to prevent this in pregnancy or correct it post baby. I have worked with moms up to 30 years postpartum with great success!
