Hey, Momma! I'm Amanda Ingram and will be leading Not Your Average Stroller Fit this September in Collingwood. I can't wait to meet you and your little one!!! "You are strong momma!  Having a baby can sometime leave us feeling not so strong, especially if we are experiencing issues postpartum like leaking or pain.  But I am here to show you that you have always been that strong and amazing woman we just need to tap into that inner strength! As a mom of two daughters I know first hand how growing and birthing a baby can affect your body and I am here to help!  From pregnancy to birth and beyond there is so much you can do to prepare, recover and restore your body. It is never too late or too early to get started! knew I loved Pregnancy & Postpartum Fitness so much that I have specialized in just that including the very important pelvic floor.  We all have a pelvic floor and when it isn't working properly which is common in pregnancy and after baby it can cause us issues like leaking, Diastasis (separation of the abdominals) & back & pelvic pain. If you are experiencing any of these know that there is something you can do about it. I can help you work to prevent this in pregnancy or correct it post baby.  I have worked with moms up to 30 years postpartum with great success! Motherhood is such a challenging yet wonderful time in our lives and I am here to help you feel confident and strong in your body.  I can't wait to join you on this journey!"

Hey, Momma! I'm Laura Powers, and I will be helping you get to know all about your pelvic floor so you can get moving safely with Amanda during Not Your Average Stroller Fit, this September in Collingwood. "Laura Powers completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at Curtin University in Perth, Australia in 2010. Since then she has been specializing in women’s pelvic health physiotherapy, orthopaedic physiotherapy, and exercise strength and conditioning.   She takes a holistic approach to treatment and strongly believes in patients being involved in their treatments, versus a passive approach, and incorporates movement retraining, exercise and conditioning into her treatment plans.   Laura grew up in Collingwood and enjoys mountain biking, cycling, hiking and anything that takes her outdoors. She has always had a love for fitness and health and wants to pass that passion and knowledge on to help clients achieve their highest function!"
